Congregational Security Inc (CSI) has the most experienced and vetted intelligence investigators in the security industry in Israel. Our process is simple and straightforward: the client inputs their security incidents into our incident database and within hours an investigator is assigned and dispatched to your place of worship. One of the major roles of our investigative division is to track local, national and international crime trends, and terror and hate group activities that may affect the security of your place of worship or community. Threat Identification and Tracking : CSI has developed data and identities of known individuals who may cause disruption to our clients’ service. These individuals can be identified and tracked through our web site. As a member, our clients will have the opportunity to input information on individuals who are a concern or a threat to others. This does not ban an individual from attending any function, but a tool in identifying future threats.
Crime Trends and Tracking : Once your organization has subscribed to our services, CSI will assign a trained investigator to monitor the crime trends in your area. This information will assist your organization in preventing criminal incidents at your location through a system of tracking and analyzing local crimes. The investigator will be assigned to monitor all criminal incidents in your surrounding area. Once a criminal pattern develops, CSI will assist with the apprehension of the suspect.
Informational Data Exchange : CSI members will be given access to a secure web page where criminal and none criminal incidents can be stored. Once this information has been retrieved, CSI will decipher the information and release critical information to assist other places of worship with similar problems. A trained investigator will follow up on all incidents entered and will remain assigned until the conflict has been resolved. This informational data is confidentially distributed, and modeled after the Department of Homeland Security philosophy in the United States, MI5 in the United Kingdom, and Mossad in Israel.
Hate Crime : CSI consultants work with you to address legitimate concerns with Hate Crime incidents. Most counties, states and countries will prosecute those individuals that commit criminal acts against a place of worship if it is proven that the individual is biased-based. CSI will assist your organization and local law enforcement in presenting a solid criminal case.
Safe Worship Program : CSI will assist your congregational members in reporting irregular activities through our secure data base web page. Members can keep their identities private while reporting incidents. This an extremely useful tool, since clients are not always aware of all the incidents occuring on campus. CSI will work with your organization and assist with a solution to problems which individual members report. Safe Worship involves and encourages the members of your congregation to take an active part in decreasing criminal incidents at their place of worship.
Pre-employment screening: CSI helps you make more informed business decisions that lead to greater risk reduction over time by conducting pre-employment screening and establishing a behavior observation reporting system. CSI experts can also help consult with you on a non-harassment policy and conduct workplace safety risk assessments. We also provide training on signs of aggression and violence and how to prepare for terminations and staff reductions.
